The transformation canvas is based on the business model canvas by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur and is a tool for developing an (agile) change project. It can be used not only to prepare an agile transformation of a team or an organization, but also in the context of a lean start-up project, a team transformation, (agile or lean) scaling or as part of continuous improvement. It can be used for an organization of any size as well as for a department / area or just a team.
